October 30 | The Glass Garden at Rose Manor (Welland, ON)
Drop 01 // The October Enchanted Garden
This drop is entirely about rich, dramatic autumn textures. Inspired by an overgrown garden, we are transforming the Glass Garden of Rose Manor using green draping as a structural backdrop.
Against the fabric, we are building loose, wild installations filled with branching greens, delicate seasonal blooms, and a collection of candles that will transform the room as the sun goes down.
The Package ($3,200 + HST // Evening Candlelit Slot $3,600 + HST):
The Rose Suite: Private, half-hour access to the manor’s beautiful dressing suite right before your ceremony to get ready, have a quiet moment, and take photos.
The Glass Garden: A private 60-minute block in the custom-designed glasshouse for you and up to 10 guests.
The Coordination: A dedicated coordinator handles the scheduling, manages the timeline, and runs the day on-site so you never have to think about logistics or look at a clock
The Legalities: A warm, professional, modern officiant to guide your vows, personalize the ceremony, and handle all Ontario registry paperwork.
The Photography: One full hour of coverage with a premier photographer. You’ll receive a high-resolution digital gallery with full download access.
The Soundtrack: A custom background playlist playing as your guests arrive, during your walk down the aisle, and while you cut the cake, tailored entirely to your personal vibe.
The Florals: A curated designer hand-tied bouquet and a matching premium boutonnière, crafted using high-end seasonal blooms to coordinate with the space.
The Cake: A custom, vintage heart-shaped cake from a local artisan baker. You pick the flavour profile (Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Classic Marble, Lemon, or Celebration Confetti) with either classic vanilla or rich chocolate buttercream for the filling and exterior design. Includes serving ware and display plate.
After-Hours: The Niagara Weekend Guide
Because you are right in the heart of Niagara wine country, your celebration doesn't have to stop when your 90 minutes are up. Every couple who books this drop receives our curated 'After-Hours' guide. We’ve mapped out the best boutique Inns, historic B&Bs, and exceptional fine-dining restaurants within walking distance of Rose Manor so you and your guests can head straight to dinner, pop open some local wine, and turn your elopement into a full weekend getaway.

Drop 02 // The December Winter Wonderland
The Design Direction: This drop leans entirely into a dramatic, high-contrast winter aesthetic. We are styling an intimate, indoor sanctuary using heavy winter evergreens and sculptural, deep red roses against a sea of warm candlelight. It is designed to feel rich, cozy, and effortlessly sophisticated for a cold December evening.
The Secret Venue: We are currently finalizing the contract for an exceptional space in the Burlington and Hamilton area. Keeping the final location under wraps for just a little longer allows us to curate something entirely unique and unexpected. The exact secret venue will be unveiled to the public on October 1, but we are opening a few early slots now for couples who want to lock in the design before anyone else.
The Investment: The standard package price for our pop-ups is $3,200 + HST. However, couples who book their slot early can secure our exclusive early bird rate of $2,880 + HST (saving 10%). This early bird pricing is strictly limited and ends on October 1, after which any remaining slots will return to the standard $3,200 rate.
